CONVENE MEETING
Mayor Austin called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.
Present: Cr.
Marli Stauffacher, Cr. Cliff Atkinson, Cr. Ben Erickson, Cr. Becky Arnold, Cr.
Cliff Gavic (6:20 pm) Mayor Bob Austin, CM Randy Ealy, CR Denise Carey.
Absent: Cr.
Michele Cheshier.
CHARTER REVIEW
CR Carey reviewed some of the amendments in the
proposed charter document. The council
discussed some of the changes and CM Ealy and CR Carey answered questions from
the council regarding the new charter.
Staff will do some research on the Municipal Judge
section and follow up on other recommendations from the council. Another draft charter will be presented at
the council’s April 12, 2004 meeting.
The council discussed the Charter Review Committee
and felt that 5 citizens would be a good number for the committee. This will be discussed further in
April.
