1. Organization Development	All	Jim reported that he had some of the information on the costs of starting a 501©3 non-profit organization. He said the IRS filing would be $500 and the incorporation filing would be $20 as would be the DOJ fee. He will check a further and report next meeting. Phil indicated that Randy had said we could use the city PO Box temporarily as our address. Randy indicated he would be available for our next meeting.
2. Review & work on PRIDE plan	All	Don would like to advocate for a business that has run into difficulty with zoning. He will talk to the parties involved and see if there can be a way to resolve the issues. The group supported Don’s interest in supporting the business.
3. Business Survey form	Phil	The group reviewed the draft of the survey form and will begin circulating it the next two weeks to business owners. A separate survey will seek info from property owners who do not run a business at their property. The group felt that the current form would not get useful information from the owners. Phil will prepare a draft form for next meeting. Jim will talk to Irene about surveying Main St businesses. Jim will survey Broadway businesses and Don, others.
