CONVENE MEETING
Council President Atkinson opened the workshop at
6:00 pm.
Present: Cr. Marli Stauffacher, Cr. Michele Cheshier, Cr. Becky Arnold, Cr. Cliff Gavic, Cr. Ben Erickson, Cr. Cliff Atkinson, CM Randy Ealy, CR Denise Carey.
Absent: Mayor
Bob Austin.
LIBRARY BUILDING TASK FORCE
UPDATE
Jim Reynolds reviewed the information provided to
the council regarding the siting of the library and architect
recommendations. He also provided a
power point presentation highlighting the main focus of the committee and how
they came to their recommendations.
The Library Building Task Force committee members
answered questions from the council.
They discussed how the money would be raised and how the whole project
will be organized and pulled together.
PUBLIC ART ACQUISITION
POLICIES AND GUIDELINES
Jane Reid reviewed the policies and guidelines presented to the council and the need for these policies to be adopted. She encouraged council approval of the policies and guidelines.
