CONVENE MEETING                                     

 

Mayor Austin called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.

 

Present:  Cr. Cliff Atkinson, Cr. Ben Erickson, Cr. Becky Arnold, Mayor Bob Austin, CM Randy Ealy, CR Denise Carey.

 

Absent:  Cr. Cliff Gavic, Cr. Michele Cheshier, Cr. Marli Stauffacher.

 

JUNE 23, 2003 AGENDA REVIEW                                                                                      

 

The council discussed the various topics on the agenda.  They discussed the chamber request for budgeted funds and their fee waivers.  They also discussed the request for a variance for underground utilities.

 

COUNCIL MID-YEAR GOAL RETREAT                                                                      

*      Selection of Date – July 19th or July 26th

 

Add to council business on regular agenda.
