CONVENE MEETING
Mayor Austin opened the workshop at 6:05 pm.
Present: Cr. Marli
Stuaffacher, Cr. Cliff Atkinson, Cr. Michele Cheshier, Cr. Becky Arnold, Cr.
Ben Erickson, Mayor Bob Austin, CM Randy Ealy, CA Andrew Cole, CR Denise Carey.
Absent: Cr.
Cliff Gavic.
CODE REVISIONS
The Council discussed their 2003 goals. They also discussed the permit procedure in
the park and the relationship of the city and PGE for approving permits in the
park. CA Cole is going to research the
lease with PGE in relation to approving permits.
The Council discussed how to approach the sandwich
board issue. It was decided to have a
town hall meeting inviting the business owners for discussion on the
topic. The council decided to hold this
meeting on April 28th before the next council meeting from
6:00pm-7:30pm.
The Council discussed the ordinance changes in the
packet.
