Estacada Parks & Recreation Commission
Special Meeting
February 4, 2002

Present: Randy Ealy, Beverly Andersen, Estacada Parks & Recreation Commission Members: Deborha Weikum, Robert Kowalewski & Dianna Turk.

The meeting was called to order at 7pm.

Discussed Grant to acquire 3 parcels adjacent to "The Pond" (on Volunteers of America Property). The grant deadline is 2-14-2002.

Bev updated the Commission regarding materials for the grant: what she had & what was still needed. 

Individuals will help gather the remaining materials needed for the grant:

Randy will acquire the title report & land appraisals

Janelle & Kristi are working on the Environmental Assessment

Dianna will check with Bill Strawn regarding the Letter of Compliance from the Planning Department.

Debbie will contact Grace House regarding a letter of Support.

Commission members suggested some possible changes to the narrative written for the grant.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
