Special Meeting
January 2, 2002

Present: Randy Ealy, Beverly Andersen, Estacada Parks & Recreation Commission Members: Kristina Engelbrecht, Pam Peterson,  Deborah Weikum, Curtis Irwin,  Janelle Waggy & Dianna Turk.

The meeting was called to order at 7 p.m.

Discussed Grant to acquire 3 parcels adjacent to "The Pond" (on Volunteers of America Property).

Members of the Commission volunteered to help Bev Andersen to gather the information needed for Bev to write the grant:

Pam will work on the ADA transition plan.

Dianna will acquire the Planning Department Certificate.

Janelle will work on the Endangered Species List.

Deb will on documentation of the Value of the Property we want to acquire.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
