Present: Beverly Andersen, Estacada Parks & Recreation Commission Members: Pam Peterson, Deborha Weikum, Curtis Irwin, Janelle Waggy & Dianna Turk.

The meeting was called to order at 7pm.

Discussed Grant to acquire 3 parcels adjacent to "The Pond" (on Volunteers of America Property).

Bev updated the Commission regarding materials for the grant: what she had & what was still needed.
