Call to order
Chairman Atkinson called
the meeting to order at 7:05 pm.
Present: Dean Holden, Jerry Polzin, Ben Erickson,
Carrie Wheeler, Cliff Atkinson, Al Rademacher, Tamera Long, Kristina
Engelbrecht, John McAdoo, CM Ealy, CR Carey.

Work group comments/questions
The workgroup discussed the timeline and if they would meet the
deadline for work plan to be submitted.
3.
Staff Comments
CM Ealy reviewed the process.
The goal tonight is to get through some or most of the questions to
determine the work plan.

Plan Evaluation – Step 1
The committee answered the questions under condition 1 of the
evaluation form. (See Attached)
5.
Public comments/questions
Robert Taylor – Mr. Taylor will be filing for annexation to bring
approximately 40 acres of commercial land into the city limits if
approved. He also state that RSG employs
125-150 people.

None.

Homework/to do items/staff support
Staff will fill in the
blanks requiring statistics and forward the worksheet to the members. The next meeting will be March 13th
at 7:00 pm.
