COMPREHENSIVE PLAN CITIZEN WORKGROUP MEETING MINUTES

ESTACADA CITY HALL

March 13, 2002 – 7:00 pm.

1. Call to order

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm.

Present: Ben Erickson, Jerry Polzin, Dean Holden, Cliff Atkinson, Tamara Long.

Absent: John McAdoo, Kristina Engelbrecht, Carrie Wheeler, Alan Rademacher.

2. Work group comments/questions

None.

3. Plan Evaluation – Step 1

The workgroup answered conditions 2 through 4 of the assessment.

4. Public comments/questions

None.

5. Workgroup comments/questions

The workgroup discussed the procedure. CM will talk to CP McCallister and Rob Hallyburton regarding the next steps.

6. Homework/Things to do/Staff support

Staff will work on filling in the report and have it back to the committee for a meeting on April 2^nd.

7. Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 pm.
