One year goals:

Calendar of Events – One year community-wide calendar of events with constant updates

Review Employee Compensation package/Employee Handbook

Update all professional contracts

Municipal Court Audit

Reduce the past due receivables (court, water/sewer/LID’s)

Discuss the implementation of a “street utility/user fee” and other revenue sources

Review and update the Charter

One to three year goals:

Develop a proposal for a parks and recreation district

Review and update the Comprehensive Plan (18 mo. process)

Begin public facility “location” plan

Develop a plan or schedule for our CIP’s

Three year goals:

Discuss and develop local/city public transportation

Infrastructure:

Funding for infrastructure projects (streets, water, sewer, storm drain)

Water – continue replacing 50 yr. old pipe

Streets – plan in place for repairing streets, curbs, sidewalks

Sewer – treatment plant update
