After a discussion of funding issues and how to best proceed, Randy Ealy told the group about the $10,000 at our disposal for technical assistance. Dean and Jim asked Beth to bring a vision of what the new library should be to the next meeting. Jack nominated Jim Reynolds to chair the Task Force. Dean seconded it. It was unanimously accepted.

Jim asked the rest of the Task Force to think about what the various responsibilities and tasks of the committee will be: PR, communication with the County Commissioners, contacting the various community groups, churches, businesses, etc. He also asked if this was a public meeting and if the agenda should be posted ahead of time.

The next meeting is set for the 18th of July and members were asked to keep the 25th and the 1st of August open.
