Mayor
Austin convened the meeting at 6:30 pm.
Present: Cr.
Butcher, Cr. Akins, Cr. Hartwig, Cr. Atkinson, Cr. Gavic, Cr. Troeh, Mayor
Austin, CM Ealy, CR Cary, Diedre Landon.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION
– ORS 192.660 (1)(b)
Mayor Austin
opened the executive session and read a statement regarding the executive
session.
Keppie Keplinger
representing the Clackamas County News was in attendance.
Mayor Austin
closed the executive session and reopened the Council meeting.
Cr. Atkinson
moved to support staff recommendation to not pick up the employee portion of
PERS for Diedre Landon and to review this issue for all employees in May. Cr. Hartwig seconded the motion. Roll call vote: Cr. Hartwig-yes, Cr. Butcher-yes, Cr.
Akins-yes, Cr. Atkinson-yes, Cr. Gavic-no, Cr. Troeh-yes, Mayor
Austin-yes. The motion passed with 6 yes
and 1 no.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:00
