Banners
Update: Jane Reid and Kristi Engelbrecht wrote a grant to
Estacada Community Foundation for $1000 and received it. Congratulations! ECF will also grant an additional
$250 if they are credited on the banners and in the papers. Add this to the
SOLV grant and there is now $1500 for city banners. Design still being defined
by artist Jenny Joyce.
Artists
Repertory Theater: A.R.T. is going strong, but they would still like more
participants. Barb will resubmit informational articles to the local newspaper.
Outreach:
Barb has offered to go the next Chamber luncheon. We will ask Brent and Norma
if they can attend City Council meeting to provide update on Commission's
doing's. Jane and Katinka today attended the Clackamas County Commission and
Guilds Gathering in Oregon City, hosted by the Clackamas County Arts Action
Alliance. Met arts commissioners from, lake Oswego, Oregojn City and West Linn,
and guild members from North Clackamas, Wy'east and Mollala. Informnative,
thought provoking and a good start in networking and information sharing. Will
meet quarterly, next meeting in March in Mollala.
Winter
Arts Exhibit: A great big thank you to Jason Rediske for putting up the
posters! Then followed a discussion of logistics for the two receptions, Dec 6
and Dec 9.
NEW
BUSINESS:
Spring
Arts and Lecture Series: Katinka made a motion and Barb seconded to present the

Katinka made up a checklist for program tasks.
We
will need to contact Jane Troeh about volunteers for each event, and the church
about the spaceIt was decided to have some events on a Friday night at 7pm, and some on Sunday afternoons
at 3 pm. Possible performers
